Abstract
The construction of ideological and political elements in course design represents a crucial pathway to achieving the comprehensive educational goals of "three whole education",and responds to new national requirements concerning professional course instruction in higher education. The pharmaceutical engineering discipline cultivates high-quality engineering and technical talent for the pharmaceutical industry. As the initial engineering foundational course within this discipline,Pharmaceutical Engineering Drawing plays a vital role in inspiring students' engineering thinking and fostering the core competencies necessary for engineering talent. This paper establishes a framework for the key competencies of pharmaceutical engineering talent, grounded in the general framework for university students' core competencies. The teaching team, utilizing this framework which encompasses various competency indicators, and integrating the unique characteristics of the pharmaceutical engineering discipline, has mapped out the ideological and political elements inherent in the course and designed an ideological and political system for this course which has been put into teaching practice. This system aligns with the students' professional interests and is readily accepted by them, subtly facilitating the development of their key competencies.
