The construction of curriculum ideological and political education within the curriculum plays a critical role in cultivating application-oriented pharmacy professionals who possess both technical expertise and strong political literacy.Enhancing young faculty members' research capacity and instructional competence in curriculum ideological and political education can effectively support the renewal of ideological and political content and the identification of exemplary instructional cases.Furthermore,strengthening collaborative teaching teams involving "academia- hospitals-industry" helps align pharmacy talent cultivation with evolving sectoral demands.This integrated approach advances the comprehensive "Three-Whole Education" philosophy and continuously improves the quality of pharmacy education.
