Abstract
This study focuses on pharmacy graduates from a university between 1996 and 2019,investigating the impact of their family economic background on career development.Using whether a student faced economic difficulties during their academic years as an independent variable, the study examines the differences in career achievements and conducts a preliminary evaluation of the effectiveness of the student financial aid system, providing optimization suggestions. The results show that the financial aid system effectively covers all students facing economic difficulties, with high satisfaction rates among graduates. There were no significant differences in career achievements, including final educational qualifications, job promotions, professional title advancements, work unit types, and job nature between graduates from economically disadvantaged families and those from non-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The findings suggest that the student financial aid system has made positive progress in ensuring fairness in educational opportunities and outcomes.
