Practical Exploration and Development Reflections on the Integration of AI Technology into Pharmaceutical Talent Cultivation

This study analyzes the awareness and attitudes of students from the School of Pharmacy at Huazhong University of Science and Technology's Tongji Medical College regarding artificial intelligence (AI) technology.Additionally,through teacher interviews,the paper examines the current state and potential issues related to the application of AI in pharmaceutical education.The survey findings reveal that AI is widely applied in pharmaceutical education but still faces practical challenges such as insufficient technological maturity and inadequate integration with teaching depth.To address these issues,the paper suggests enhancing the application of AI technology in core pharmaceutical courses,introducing foundational AI courses,building AI learning platforms,optimizing the applicability of AI tools,and conducting skills training.Based on useful experiences from domestic and international universities,this paper proposes strategies for integrating pharmaceutical higher education with AI technology in alignment with the development of the university.
