Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of Pharmaceutical Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents by Thinking and Innovation Integration

The integration of ideological and political education into the education of innovative and entrepreneurial pharmacy talents in local medical colleges has significant value.Local medical colleges must adhere to the principles of consistency between educational laws and guiding values,diversity and systematisms,solving ideological issues and practical problems."Three comprehensive holistic education" needs to be established to promote the integration of ideological and political education and curriculum in cultivating students,build a "dual-teacher" team of full/ part-time faculty,and construct "one-two-three" practice activity system in order to leverage the advantages of ideological and political education,and promote the sound development of cultivating pharmaceutical innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local medical colleges and universities.
