Content Reform and Digitalization of the Pharmacognosy Textbook (the 8th edition) of People's Medical Publishing House

In order to adapt to the latest trend of course development,pharmaceutical majors in higher education institutions' fourteenth five-year-plan programmed textbook of Pharmacognosy (the 8th edition) was published by People's Medical Publishing House.This edition of the textbook has been revised and supplemented based on the 7th edition,incorporating updated content based on the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition).It includes the latest developments in various categories such as chemical composition,quality standards,pharmacology,and biosynthesis.Digitalization as integrated textbook has also been carried out,providing new learning methods and teaching means to meet the needs of higher education reform of pharmacy in China.
