Construction of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education System in Pharmaceutical Major for National Public Health Security

  • In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak,the pharmacy program at Chengdu University has set ideological and political education goals to "promote the three-line spirit,remember the mission of Sichuan's resistance,and cultivate a sense of duty to the homeland;focus on public health security,the forefront of science and technology,and nurture a spirit of innovation." By exploring ideological elements from Sichuan's resistance,operating an "integrated institution-school" mechanism,and implementing a "chain-linked moral education" teaching model,a trinity system of "course-guidance-practice" for ideological and political education in pharmacy has been established.Furthermore,the establishment of a motivational assessment-comprehensive evaluation-continuous improvement system for ideological and political education ensures the formation of an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) closed-loop system in professional courses,effectively enhancing the level of ideological and political education and student cultivation outcomes.
