Abstract
The Outcome-based Education (OBE) concept,with its focus on outcomes and the implementation logic of "reverse design",has become one of the mainstream educational paradigms in advanced higher education worldwide.This paper presents the practical exploration of constructing a new teaching system for Food Nutrition and Safety courses based on the OBE concept.The approach involves setting realistic peak outcomes,designing backward from these peak outcomes,and implementing forward actions with multiple measures progressing in parallel.It also proposes establishing a scientific,effective,fair,and transparent diversified evaluation system to support the achievement of the peak outcomes.
