Exploration on the Practical Path of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Innovation Education in the Training of Applied Pharmaceutical Talents

Cultivating students' innovative practical abilities is a key task for application-oriented undergraduate institutions,and fostering innovative talent in pharmacy is an essential pathway for the advancement of the biopharmaceutical industry.Based on an analysis of the current state of innovation education and the learning status of medicinal chemistry courses,this paper proposes an effective innovative education practice framework through measures such as enhancing teachers' innovation education competencies,fostering students' innovative thinking,and improving their practical innovation abilities.
