Abstract
In order to explore the bilingual teaching model suitable for university of traditional Chinese medicine, and based on the survey result of undergraduate students' expectation of bilingual teaching, level of acceptance and learning effects, the teaching team adopted the transitional bilingual teaching method with hybrid instruction mode, integrated the ideological and political elements and scientific research elements into the course, and in combination with formative evaluation to analyze the effectiveness of bilingual teaching. The teaching practice showed that transitional bilingual teaching method which focuses on major-related terminology can effectively improve the depth and breadth of students' theoretical knowledge building and cultivate students' autonomous learning capacity.
