Cultivation of Clinical Pharmacy Talents Characterized by “Familiar with Medicine and Proficient in Pharmacy”

Clinical pharmacy education is the main approach to train clinical pharmacists,and there is a high demand for well-trained clinical pharmacists with clinical knowledge and skills,however,the training model for clinical pharmacy talents is still in the exploratory stage.Based on the background of "integration of science and education,collaborative education",this article proposes the necessity of establishing a Clinical Pharmacy College and hopes to reform the existing teaching model,aiming for "sharing,complementing,and collaborating".It explores the cooperative win-win mechanism and new talent training mechanism of complementary advantages between universities and hospitals,in order to cultivate new types of clinical pharmacy talents who are "familiar with medicine and proficient in pharmacy".
