Research on the Integration of Production,Education and Collaboration in Pharmaceutical Professional Master's Degree Programs Oriented towards Enterprise Needs

The quality of training for professional master's degree students in pharmacy is a crucial pathway for cultivating high-level,application-oriented pharmaceutical talent.As exemplified by the training model of the professional master's program in pharmacy at Xiangya School of Pharmacy,Central South University as an example,this study adopts an enterprise-oriented approach based on in-depth integration of industry,academia,and research,emphasizing practical skills enhancement and collaborative training through the integration of industry and education.This model shifts the training focus from general,non-specific education to the development of highly skilled application-oriented professionals who meet enterprise needs,offering a feasible solution for improving the quality of professional master's degree training in pharmacy.
