Abstract
This paper first provides a systematic overview of the development of modern industrial colleges as emerging educational platforms,including their origin,connotation and features,operational mechanisms and models,as well as the practical challenges they face.Using a modern industrial college at a local university as a case study,the paper explores the inherent symbiosis between the training of professional degree postgraduate talents and the operation of modern industrial colleges from the perspective of cultivating high-level application-oriented talents.Furthermore,it elaborates on the practice and exploration of professional master's education in the field of biology and medicine from multiple dimensions:effective integration of the "three chains",career-oriented training programs,co-construction and shared governance mechanisms,innovative supervisory team structures,and sustainable development strategies.This study offers new pathways and models for enhancing the quality of professional graduate education.
