The Implicit Integration of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education into Chemistry of Chinese Materia Medica Under the Hybrid Teaching Mode

  • According to the characteristics and teaching settings of the course Chemistry of Chinese Material Medica,the teaching team concentrates on four primary aspects:basic requirements,teacher development,teaching design,and assessment methods,guided by "value leading,knowledge imparting,and ability enhancing".The team adopts a blending of explicit teaching with implicit ideological and political education,and the integration of indoctrination with infiltration through an online and offline blended learning model.This model integrates ideological and political education into both the theoretical and experimental teaching of Chemistry of Chinese Material Medica.Practice has shown that under the blended teaching model,the implicit integration of ideological and political education into the teaching of Chemistry of Chinese Material Medica can enhance students' identification with and pride in their nation and ethnicity,and strengthen their confidence in the Traditional Chinese Medicine profession.
